Mango Passionfruit Crush


Ingredients

1.5 oz Still's Whisper Vodka

1 oz False Ox Mango Lime Shrub

2 oz Passionfruit juice

2 to 4 dashes Chilli Espresso Bitters

Rosemary

How to

In a highball glass add vodka and shrub. Strain over crushed ice, top with passionfruit juice and add bitters. Garnish with rosemary.


Gin Blackberry Bramble


Ingredients

0.5 oz County Cassis

1.5 oz Juniper’s Wit Gin

3 oz Soda Water

5 large blackberries

1 quarter lemon wedge

Kinsip Lavender Lemon Bitters

How to

Squeeze the lemon juice and muddle it with 3 of the blackberries. Fill the glass with ice and add the County Cassis and Juniper’s Wit Gin and stir. Top with soda water and garnish with the remaining 2 blackberries. Add 4 drops of Lemon lavender bitters. Enjoy!


Wit and Tonic (Gin and Tonic)


Ingredients

1.5 oz Juniper’s Wit Gin

1 Bottle Fever Tree Tonic

Kinsip Handcrafted Bitters

How to

In a tall glass, pour one bottle of Fever Tree Tonic over ice. Add 1.5 oz of Juniper’s Wit Gin and add bitters. Stir.


Old Fashioned


Ingredients 

2 oz. Cooper’s Revival Rye Whisky

0.5 oz Kinsip Whisky Barrel Aged Maple Syrup

2 dashes House Aromatic Bitters

2 dashes Orange Bitters

How to

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Pour syrup followed by Cooper’s Revival Rye Whisky. Stir vigorously with a bar spoon for 15 seconds. Place a large ice cube in rocks glass and then strain over them. Add 2-4 dashes of House bitters and Orange bitters. Garnish with an orange peel. 


Lit Wit (serves 2) 


Ingredients

2 ounces of Juniper's Wit Gin
1 long cucumber
1 ounce of Simple syrup
4 oz. sparkling wine (Preferably PEC!) 
Lavender Bitters

How to

Using a vegetable peeler, shave thin ribbons from cucumber. Cut 6" from cucumber into small pieces. Muddle in a cocktail shaker, then add gin and simple syrup and fill shaker with ice.  Shake and strain into 2 ice-filled rocks glasses or large wine glasses. Top each with 4 oz. of sparkling wine, garnish with 3 cucumber ribbons and gently stir together. Apply 2-3 drops of bitters to the top and serve

How to

In a tall glass, pour 3 oz of cola over ice. Add 1.5 oz Dark Waters Rum. Stir and add lime for garnish.

How to

In a tall glass, pour 3 oz of ginger beer over ice. Add 1.5 oz Dark Waters Rum. Stir and add lime for garnish.


Lavender Gin Lemonade (Gin Fizz)


Ingredients

1.5 oz Junipers Wit Gin

1 oz Lemon Lavender Cordial

3 oz Soda Water

Thyme

4 dashes Kinsip Hibiscus Rosehip Bitters

How to

Shake gin and cordial with ice. Pour in a glass over ice and top with soda water. Add bitters and stir with thyme.


 Cherry Bomb


Ingredients

1 1/4 oz Woodland’s Whisper Pine Vodka

1/4 oz Kvas Cherry Hibiscus syrup

2 dashes Kinsip Hibiscus Rosehip bitters

2 dashes Kinsip Ginger Bitters

1 wedge Lemon


How to

In mixing glass filled with a scoop of ice, combine all ingredients and lemon edge and muddle well. Strain into Coupe glass and 2 dashes of each of the bitters. Garnish with a whisky cherry.



 County Caesar


Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Woodland’s Whisper Pine Vodka

3 to 5 oz of Walter Craft Caesar Mix

1 to 2 dashes hot sauce

2 dashes Chili Espresso Bitters

1 pickled bean and/or pickle and/or olives and/or bacon (you get the idea)

How to

Rim a highball glass with the rimmer. Add the vodka, mix and hot sauce and stir. Top with ice and bitters. Garnish with a pickled bean or any other delicious morsels if you are making a meal replacement out of this drink. Best enjoyed before 3 pm.

1 to 2 oz of Cassis

2 to 4 oz of tonic

2 to 4 dashes of Hibiscus Rosehip Bitters

How to

In a lowball glass with some ice add the cassis and top with the tonic. Add bitters. Garnish with some raspberries or frozen cranberries.

 Moscow Mule


Ingredients

1.5 oz Still’s Whisper Vodka

0.5 oz lime juice

4 oz ginger beer

2 to 4 dashes Orange Bitters

lime wedge for garnish

How to

In a mixing glass combine vodka and lime juice. Stir to chill. Pour over ice in a Moscow Mule mug, add ginger beer and top with bitters. Garnish with a lime wedge.

 Rum Breeze


Ingredients

1.5 oz Dark Waters Rum

4 oz Sweet Maple Crabapple mixer

2 to 4 dashes Orange Bitters

How to

In a lowball glass add ice and rum. Top with Sweet Maple Crabapple mixer and 2 to 4 dashes Orange Bitters. Garnish with an orange slice.

 Casa Loma Paloma


Ingredients

1.5 oz Still’s Whisper Vodka

0.5 to 1 oz grapefruit cordial

3 to 4 oz soda water

2 to 4 dashes Orange Bitters

rosemary sprig

How to

In a highball with ice mix the vodka with the cordial. Top with soda water and add 2 to 4 dashes of Orange bitters. Garnish with a a rosemary sprig.


 Maple Whisky Sour


Ingredients

2 oz Kinsip Maple Whisky

1.5 oz Sour Mix

1 egg white

2 to 4 dashes of Kinsip House Aromatic bitters

Orange peel and whisky cherries for garnish

How to

Shake all of the ingredients except for the egg white in a shaker with some ice. Strain the ice, add the egg white and shake until you feel the liquid inside start to turn to foam. Pour into a coupe glass, garnish with whisky cherry and orange peel and finish with 2 to 4 dashes of bitters. (this method of making a drink involving egg white is called a reverse dry shake. You can watch some videos if you want to nail it.)

 The Perfect Pear


Ingredients

1.5 oz Dark Waters Rum

0.5 oz Ginger Vanilla Simple syrup

3 oz Apple Flats Juicy Pear Crab Apple Cocktail Syrup

2 to 4 dashes of Kinsip Ginger bitters

How to

Start with the Dark Waters Rum in a mixing glass, add the Ginger Vanilla syrup and top with the Juicy Pear mix. Stir vigorously to chill. Strain in a highball glass with ice and finish with 2 to 4 dashes of ginger bitters. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated pear. If you prefer your drink with a bit of fizz you can add 1 to 2 oz of soda water.

0.5 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice

0.5 oz KVAS Muskoka cranberry rosemary simple syrup

2 to 3 oz soda water

2 to 4 dashes of Orange Bitters

A lemon wheel or strawberry for garnish

How to

In a mixing glass filled with ice add the gin, simple syrup and lemon juice. Stir vigorously for 30 sec to chill. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda water. Add bitters and garnish with lemon wheel or strawberry. Enjoy on a hot summer day or any time you have a hankering for a classic cocktail.

1 oz County Cassis

2 to 4 dashes of Orange Bitters

How to

In a mixing glass filled with ice add the gin and cassis. Stir vigorously for 30 sec to chill. Pour into a coupe glass. Add bitters and express orange peel over cocktail.

 Ramos Gin Fizz


Ingredients

1.5 oz Juniper’s Wit Old Tom Gin

0.75 oz simple syrup

0.5 oz heavy cream

0.5 oz fresh lemon juice

0.5 oz lime juice

2 to 4 dashes of Orange Bitters

1 fresh egg white

2 to 4 oz soda water

Orange peel

How to

In a shaker reverse dry shake with ice the gin, simple syrup, and juices for about 20 sec. Add heavy cream and egg white and shake until you feel the egg white turn to meringue. In a tall glass pour the soda and then pour the shaken cocktail over it. Gently stir the cocktail and finish off with 2 to 4 dashes of orange bitters. Garnish with an orange peel.

How to

In a mixing glass with ice pour the whisky and the cassis. Stir vigorously to chill for 30 sec. Strain into a coupe glass and add bitters. Garnish with a cherry.

  • 1.25 oz Kinsip Maple Whisky

  • 0.25 oz Saffron Liqueur 

  • 0.25 oz Kvas cherry juice

  • Whisky Smoke Bitters

  • Fresh Lemon

  • Kvas whisky cherries

How to

In mixing glass, add 1/4 cup of ice, whisky, saffron, cherry juice, whisky smoke bitters and 1 slice of lemon. Muddle for 30 seconds or until lemon has been broken down. Strain into coupe glass, garnish with whisky cherry. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Orchard’s Whisper Apple Vodka

  • 0.5 oz Ginger Vanilla cordial by Split Tree

  • 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice 

  • 1.5 oz apple juice or cider

  • Orange Bitters

  • dehydrated apple or lemon for garnish

How to

In a shaker add 1/4 cup of ice and add the vodka, cordial, lemon juice and apple juice. Shake for 30 sec. Strain into a martini glass, garnish with dehydrated apple. Enjoy!

 The Espresso Martini


Ingredients

1.75 oz Kinsip Still's Whisper Vodka

2 oz espresso

0.5 oz Kahlua (optional)

2 to 4 dashes of Kinsip Chili Espresso Bitters

Chocolate covered coffee beans for garnish

How to

Shake all of the ingredients in a shaker with some ice. Strain the ice and pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the chocolate covered coffee beans and finish with 2 to 4 dashes of bitters. If you want to be over the top you can put a little swirl of whipped cream on which to put the beans.

Ingredients

2 oz Kinsip Saffron Liqueur

1.5 oz Chamomile simple syrup

3 to 4 oz soda water

2 to 4 dashes of Kinsip Lemon Lavender bitters

Dried apricot for garnish

Fresh mint (optional)

How to

In a tall glass filled with ice add the Saffron Liqueur, Chamomile simple syrup and soda water. Stir with a bar spoon. Top with 2 to 4 dashes of bitters and garnish with the dried apricot (you will need to put it on a cocktail pick) and a sprig of mint.

How to

In a shaker with ice add all of the ingredients and shake until chilled. Strain in a tall glass filled with ice and top with Apple Lemon Balm Cinnamon bitters. Garnish with orange wheel.

Wild Violet Negroni


Ingredients

1.5 oz. Barrel-Aged Gin

1.5 oz. Kinsip Aperitivo

1/4 oz. County Cassis

2 - 4 Dashes Kinsip Orange Bitters

2 - 4 Dashes Kinsip Wild Violet Bitters

Orange Peel Garnish

How to:

Add an ice block to a rocks glass, pour the Gin, Aperitivo, and Cassis over the ice block; stir to chill. Add dashes of Orange and Wild Violet Bitters on the the tops of the ice block, express an orange peel over the drink and rub around the inside and outside edge of the glass, drop it in, swirl, and enjoy!

 

Bee’s Knees


Ingredients

2 oz. Juniper’s Wit Old Tom Gin

0.5 oz. honey syrup

1 oz lemon juice

2 - 4 dashes of Hibiscus Rosehip Bitters

Lemon Peel for garnish


How to:

Combine equal parts honey and water (say, 0.5 oz each if you’re only making a few cocktails) in a microwave-safe bowl. Warm in the microwave until you can completely stir the honey into the water. In a shaker with ice, add the gin, honey syrup and lemon juice. Shake for 30 sec and strain in a coupe glass and top with bitters. Garnish with a lemon twist.

Apple Velvet


Ingredients:

1 oz Woodland’s Whisper Pine Vodka

1.5 oz Apple Cider

3/4 oz Egg White

1/2 oz Simple Syrup

Soda Water

Ginger Bitters

How to:

Add vodka, apple cider, simple syrup and egg whites to cocktail shaker WITHOUT ice, dry shake 15 seconds. Add ice, wet shake 15 seconds. Pour into rocks glass over an ice block 2/3rds to the top, finish with soda water. Top with Ginger Bitters to taste.

 Hot Toddy


Ingredients:

1.5 oz. Kinsip Maple Whisky

6 oz. hot water

0.25 oz. to 0.5 oz. honey (depending on how sweet you like your drinks)

0.5 oz. lemon juice

Lemon for garnish

Cloves, cinnamon stick, star anise for garnish


How to:

Bring water to a simmer in a pot. Pour it into a mug (make sure it is something that can handle hot liquid|). Add the whisky, honey and lemon juice and stir until the honey is dissolved. Cut half a wheel of lemon and stud it with cloves and garnish. Add a star anise and/or a cinnamon stick if you want to be extra.
